Summary

The Undergraduate Sales Intern will support customer, channel, territory, and business priorities within the Transportation & Electronics Business Group through sales projects, market research, customer engagement, commercial execution, and professional development activities.
Responsibilities
- Working on meaningful projects that address real customer, channel, territory, and business priorities
- Taking advantage of training, coaching, networking, and exposure to senior leadership
- Developing foundational skills in sales, customer engagement, business analysis, project management, communication, and product knowledge
- Customer and market insights: researching customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, sales opportunities, and business performance
- Sales and channel engagement: participating in customer engagement, account planning, territory activities, inside sales, field sales, channel activities, business development, and sales growth initiatives
- Commercial execution and measurement: contributing to sales projects, customer outreach, product demonstrations, campaign execution, performance tracking, stakeholder updates, and recommendations to business leaders
- Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties

Skills
- · Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution
- · Current, valid driver's license is required, as you may be issued a company vehicle for this position
- Travel: Field sales internships may include up to 75% domestic travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- · Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- · Completed a minimum of sophomore year (4 semesters) by the start of the internship
- · Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- · Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration
- · Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
- · Strong time management, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- · Strong aptitude and desire for a career in sales
