Cyberion is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to support recurring financial reporting and business analysis. The role involves building financial models, analyzing budgets and forecasts, explaining variances, reporting KPIs, and communicating financial findings and uncertainties to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support KPI reporting by connecting financial measures with relevant operational context
- Build and maintain spreadsheet-based financial models for planning, comparison, and scenario analysis
- Communicate financial findings in concise business language, including risks, limitations, and areas requiring follow-up
- Compare actual financial results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain meaningful variances
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and other financial or operating measures to identify performance drivers
- Reconcile information across schedules or reports and investigate material inconsistencies

- • Comfort learning company-specific reporting definitions, schedules, and planning processes
- • Comfort using Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software for calculations and organized financial schedules
- • Clear written communication and the ability to summarize financial information for non-specialist stakeholders
