They are seeking a forward-thinking Software Systems Engineer to join their Electrophysiology team, focusing on advancing cardiac electrophysiology through new technologies and workflows. The role involves testing software prototypes, creating test tools, and analyzing data sets to support clinicians and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Test software prototypes and algorithms that support cardiac electrophysiology workflows through hands-on and emulated testing
- Collaborate with team members to design and document test workflows
- Create and run testing scripts to analyze software performance
- Document findings and user feedback into technical reports
- Feasibility of early software prototypes
- Integration and algorithm testing
- Solve issues as they are identified
- Mostly MATLAB, open to Python
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 0–2 years of experience in related job/field
- Experience with testing software/hardware systems preferred
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, or equivalent
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with customers
- Biomedical Engineering

- Medical Device Company experience preferred
- Experience with Linux-based environments preferred
- Experience with Excel, Minitab, or MATLAB for processing/displaying data
