Enterprise AI Feature Engineer

Summary

Accenture Federal Services supports the US federal government through technology and innovation across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will assist with implementing, integrating, configuring, and operating enterprise AI platforms, while supporting secure, scalable, compliant deployment and resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage Licensing Process
• Manage application configuration
• Manage features against FedRAMP approved services
• Help identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with team to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing for operational readiness
• Continuously learn and stay informed about AI technologies and industry practices

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• US Citizenship required
• Proven experience in enterprise AI platform deployment and integration
• Experience with at least one of the following enterprise AI tools:
• Google Gemini for Gov
• M365 Copilot
• ChatGPT Gov
• Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171)
• Cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design
• Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks
• Knowledge of data management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge

• Understanding of version control systems
• Interest in multi-agent systems
