Summary

Accenture Federal Services supports the U.S. federal government through technology and innovation across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. The ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, test, document, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including reports, data migration, custom development, and third-party integrations, while collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications on the platform, including report development and data migration where applicable
• Perform custom development and third-party integrations as required
• Carrying out unit testing and defect resolution
• Migrating changes through to production
• Assisting with technical design and documentation for the solutions built
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other team members to build ServiceNow solutions that support and align with business requirements

Skills

• 2+ years of Javascript coding/development skills in ServiceNow environments
• Understanding of JavaScript
• ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
