Job description
Summary
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government strengthen and secure the nation. They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement and configure multiple modules within the IT Service Management suite for a large federal agency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
- Work in an Agile manner
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Skills
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
- An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
- ITSM experience
- Custom application development experience
- Bachelor's degree
