AI GTM Engineer (Voice Agent Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement
• Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
• Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions
• Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools
• Automate repetitive GTM processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities
• Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications
• Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives
• Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them
