Summary
Aircraft Electric Motors, Inc. is a company specializing in aircraft component repair and manufacturing. They are currently seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to assist the engineering staff with various tasks, including design and production guidance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the current Engineering staff in day to day activities
- Design tooling and fixtures
- Create work instructions
- Reverse engineering
- Guide production employees on technical matter
Skills
- Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use and read a micrometer and caliper
- Demonstrate the ability to work with your hands, not just good at math
- Pre-employment FAA drug test required
- 0-2 Years Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of mechanical engineering or related experience preferred
- Familiarity with computer aided design (CAD) tools – preferably ProE/Wildfire, Solidworks 3D, and AutoCad
