Summary
Allstate is an insurance company focused on protecting families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. The 360 Financial Analyst will analyze financial results, develop reports and presentations, identify business drivers and emerging issues, and provide forward-looking insights to support business performance and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective presentations for small groups
- Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance
- Use analysis to influence and drive action within finance and our business partners by using fact-based, holistic and forward-looking perspectives to identify emerging issues and assist in implementation of strategies
- Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates
- Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study
- Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace
- Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions/ Oral and written communication skills in order to work effectively across the organization
- General understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Remote – Candidates may be located anywhere in the U.S
- Start date: Jan 2027 or July 2027
- New Grad Role: Open to Dec 2026 or May-June 2027 Graduation Dates
- Preference given to those near our hub cities (Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX)
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study
- Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace
