<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p><span><span>As a Data Analyst Intern at ALO,&nbsp;</span><span>you’ll</span><span>&nbsp;help transform vast datasets into clear stories that inform strategy across product, marketing, and retail.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p>The ALO internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span>Develop dashboards and reports that&nbsp;</span><span>monitor</span><span> business health and campaign performance</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Analyze customer journeys across digital and retail touchpoints</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Collaborate with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to surface actionable insights</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Present findings through compelling visualizations and data storytelling</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span>BS or MS in Data Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in Python or R for data analysis</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical methods</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span>Experience with large-scale datasets or cloud data warehouses (</span><span>BigQuery</span><span>, Snowflake)</span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Knowledge of marketing or eCommerce&nbsp;</span><span>or retail&nbsp;</span><span>metrics</span></span></li>

<p><strong><span><span>WHAT YOU'LL LEARN</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span><span>You’ll</span><span>&nbsp;develop a holistic view of how data informs brand, product, and customer experience—learning how to measure engagement, emotion, and impact.</span></span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
<p>The base pay range for this position is $45/hr-50/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.</p>
