Responsibilities
- Quality planning, inspection processes, and control plan development
- Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA, 8D)
- Supplier quality management and incoming inspection
- Statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies
- Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
- Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and SPC methods
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading quality programs
- Six Sigma/ASQ certification a plus for senior-level roles
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
- Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and SPC methods
