Summary

American Income Life is offering a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in benefits and insurance. The Remote Benefits Account Agent will assist existing and prospective clients, provide clear product guidance, and deliver exceptional service while completing training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist both existing and prospective clients
• Interact with multiple clients throughout the day, delivering exceptional service and clear product guidance
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Skills

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• No prior insurance experience is required
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and solution-focused problem-solving
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic with a desire to grow and succeed
