Job description
Summary
American Modern Insurance Group is seeking an IT Intern to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. The intern will focus on developing a virtual assistant knowledge base, organizing procedures for SOC 2 Certification, and assisting IT and Cybersecurity Operations as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Develop a virtual assistant knowledge base Q&A bot
- Help organize procedures and control documentation for SOC 2 Certification project
- Assist IT and Cybersecurity Operations as defined and assigned
Skills
- Currently attending senior year of high school, with plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar major
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Excel® and Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet analysis and/or SQL
- Simple programming experience (python) and mathematical experience
- Good English written and oral skills
- Effective communicator
- Senior year high school preferred
