Summary
BH Management is a multifamily owner and operator focused on innovation and delivering high-quality housing management solutions. The UI/UX Developer II designs user-centered digital experiences, establishes UI/UX standards, contributes to scalable .NET web application development, and supports testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and application enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and promote UI/UX standards, best practices, and design consistency across applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design documentation to support application development initiatives
- Maintain and enhance UI/UX style guides to ensure a consistent and accessible user experience
- Contribute to the front-end development of full-stack web applications using modern development practices
- Design, develop, and support new and existing .NET websites, applications, and reporting solutions
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that supports performance, reliability, and long-term application growth
- Review, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues within existing applications and systems
- Perform functional, usability, and performance testing prior to deployment
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality, integrations, and reporting needs
- Maintain data integrity and support data quality initiatives across applications and databases
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and development documentation
- Track project activities, task completion, and development progress using project management tools
- Assist in developing application support and troubleshooting procedures to improve operational efficiency and user support
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business partners to deliver innovative, user-focused technology solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in software development, UI/UX design, or a related technology role
- Experience developing and supporting web-based applications and websites
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency with .NET development, front-end technologies, and SQL databases
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, User Experience Design, or a related field preferred
