Summary
Anglin Consulting Group is a professional services firm supporting federal, defense, and commercial organizations through financial management, acquisition support, data analytics, and operational consulting. The Mid-Level Financial Analyst will manage aviation funds, reconcile invoices and financial reports, maintain FBMS and AIRS data, and support federal clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages G-Invoicing orders and Interagency Agreements (including 7600B agreements) for AQD customers; enters fleet aircraft agreements into the Customer Agreement System
- Generates, analyzes, and reconciles financial reports within FBMS and the Aviation Information Reporting Support (AIRS) database
- Prepares scheduled Undelivered Order (UDO) reports for Contracting Officers to support de-obligation actions; generates Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet (GR/SES) balance reports
- Validates complex electronic and paper invoices, reconciles AUR variances, creates Service Entry Sheets to record official government acceptance, and troubleshoots payment errors
- Processes customer access submittals, sets up master data for new purchase/task orders and aircraft in FBMS/AIRS, and provides help desk support to bureau clients and vendors
Skills
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or federal funds management experience
- In-depth proficiency in federal accounting processes, FBMS, G-Invoicing, AIRS, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Moderate Public Trust clearance
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 100% Remote / Telework (Contiguous United States / U.S. Territories)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Priority consideration is given to qualified candidates residing in designated SBA HUBZone areas
