Job description

Summary

Applied Intuition is a Silicon Valley company focused on powering the future of physical AI. They are seeking multiple passionate Research Interns to join their Research Group, which aims to create cutting-edge technology for autonomous driving and robotics. Interns will conduct research on 3D vision topics and collaborate on high-quality publications with experienced researchers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on 3D vision related topics including 3D/world-action foundation model, multi-modal pretraining, feed-forward Gaussian splatting, world foundation model with applications to autonomous driving, and fundamental topics on 3D vision and generation with broader applications
  • Work closely with the Research Scientists and Engineers on high quality research publications for submission to top-tier conferences

Skills

  • Strong research background and skills on relevant topics, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects
  • Current PhD (or MSc) studies in machine learning, computer vision and graphics, robotics
  • Passion for next-generation, scalable autonomy and robotics
