Summary
Arrowstreet Capital is a Boston-based systematic investment firm that manages global equity portfolios for institutional investors around the world. The Technology Rotational Development Program is an eighteen-month program that provides participants with rotations across various technology teams, focusing on software design, development, and investment data processing.
Responsibilities
- Attend introductory sessions led by technology leaders
- Commence the rotation portion of the program
- Receive role-specific training and exposure to software design, development, and deployment
- Gain an understanding of investment data processing techniques, data modeling, scalable computing environments, analytics, and high-performance system design using AWS services
- Participate in networking events with senior leadership
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, data science, or electrical engineering upon graduation in May/June 2026
- Demonstrated academic success and achievement
- Applied technology experience through prior internships and academic projects
- Demonstrated interest in a software engineering career path and programming experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for technology
Qualifications
