Summary

Artemis Connection is a strategic management consultancy serving for-profit, public, and social-sector clients through customized, project-based consulting. The Fellow will gain hands-on experience in problem-solving, data analysis, research, client relationship management, communication, and exploring consulting career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Problem Solving: Fellows learn how to problem-solve and decision-making processes. Fellows gain hands-on experience in data analysis, research, and innovative problem-solving
• Client-Facing Consulting Experience: Direct client interaction is a hallmark of the program. Fellows learn to manage client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
• Communication: Fellows Effective communication is critical in consulting. Fellows learn to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Maintain open and transparent communication with both the fellow you are supervising and your own supervisor. Report on progress, challenges, and achievements regularly
• Exploring Career Pathways: Consulting offers diverse specializations. Fellows have the opportunity to explore different areas and identify their passions

Skills

• Currently enrolled in a degree program
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Desire to learn about consulting and problem solving methodology

• Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft suite
