Data Analyst

Summary

Aru Labs is seeking a Data Analyst to help understand its products, users, and growth through data. The role involves analyzing product and business data, building dashboards and metrics, supporting experiments, improving analytics infrastructure, and translating complex findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, user, and business data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports that help the team make better decisions
• Define and track key product and business metrics
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data
• Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion
• Support product experiments and A/B testing
• Measure the impact of new features and product changes
• Build and maintain recurring analytics and reporting
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve data collection and tracking
• Identify data quality issues and improve the reliability of analytics
• Turn complex analysis into simple, actionable insights
• Prototype new ways to understand product and user behavior
• Help build a data-driven culture across the company
