Summary
AS Software provides structured ultrasound reporting and image management solutions for Women’s Health, Radiology, and Vascular specialties. The Project Manager will manage the full scope of client engagements, directing project planning, coordination, execution, quality control, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery in alignment with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects
- Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collateral management and development
- Creation of schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverables
- Support and guide resources
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage risk and mitigation strategies
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and leadership skills
- Project planning, risk management, and other project management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency In project management software tools
- Conflict resolution experience
- Ability to assist clients with UI customizations
- Ability to independently investigate client-reported issues
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex healthcare software quickly
- Clinical + technical stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks during implementations and go-live events
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) experience
- Project management professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), or equivalent work experience as a project manager
- Experience with SaaS or healthcare IT systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering/support/product
- Able to work 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT Monday – Friday
