Summary
Asbury Automotive Group is a Fortune 500 company redefining the traditional dealership model through innovative technologies. The Full-Stack Web Developer will support all Asbury properties by managing and maintaining development-related aspects of the business, building web applications, and collaborating with team members to enhance user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Builds web applications and system integrations to further the capabilities of teammates and better serve the needs of the company
- Collaborate with team members to build front-end interfaces for web-based applications
- Design and develop internal applications and outward facing websites as needed
- Continuous maintenance and upgrades of all applications and integrations is required
- Collaborate with management to test product and implement feature requests
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Receive feedback and proactively add features as needed
Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of web development and design experience
- Extensive knowledge of building complete user interfaces that communicate with a back-end data layer
- Ability to build and maintain large data-driven applications
- Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements
- Self-Starter, manages time and conditions
- Conducts themselves professionally at all times and works well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Experience building interfaces using Node.js (React) or PHP preferred
- Experience using GitHub for project management
- Graphic design experience strongly preferred
