  • Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of scheduling engines for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate on software strategy, architecture, and innovation initiatives.
  • Oversee troubleshooting of real-time control systems and coordinate resolution of complex software issues.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with QA, Support, and Field Engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of software development schedules and maintain alignment with business priorities.
  • Review and approve system specifications, designs, and test plans.
  • Evaluate software engineering tools and contribute to system design decisions.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams.
  • Strong software development skills in C#.
  • Solid understanding of scheduling concepts involving multiple resources and jobs.
  • Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and software domains to resolve issues.
  • Skilled in building software for Windows and Real-Time Operating Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What sets you apart

  • Experience with machine control software, especially for semiconductor equipment.
  • Familiarity with multi-threaded and real-time applications.
  • Knowledge of GUI development, device drivers, and interrupt-driven software.
  • Understanding of networking, data communications, and EtherCAT.
  • Expertise in complex dynamic scheduling algorithms with deadlock avoidance.
  • Ability to read and translate code functionality and produce clear documentation.

Apply today to be part of what’s next.

We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world. We do this with an eye to the future, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through cutting-edge innovation, and driving the next wave of technological breakthroughs that shape how we live, work, and connect.
