Summary
Attentive is an AI marketing platform for one-to-one personalization that connects brands with customers across messaging and marketing channels. The Product Management Intern will prioritize marketing technology integrations, manage partner acquisition and technical information gathering, and help design an autonomous agent and context layer to streamline integration development and support.
Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize a backlog of integration opportunities across the martech ecosystem, using customer demand, partner ecosystems, and strategic fit to decide what we pursue next
- Own the partner acquisition workflow end to end: submitting to partner programs, tracking approvals, and managing the long lead times so that integrations are never blocked on access
- Gather and organize the inputs our integration agents need to build: API documentation, developer resources, and test environments for each target system
- Design and prototype an autonomous agent that automates partner onboarding and information gathering, working alongside engineers and AI tooling
- Define the structure of a context layer that serves as the source of truth for every integration, capturing what we know about each partner's APIs, auth models, constraints, and environments, so integrations can be supported and upleveled over time
- Measure what's working, such as time from request to access, backlog coverage, and agent success rate, and use it to improve the process and the agent
Skills
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Interest in product management, APIs, and the AI agent space, and curiosity about how software systems talk to each other
- Comfort reading technical documentation and getting oriented in an unfamiliar API, even if you're not a full-time engineer
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Clear written communication and structured thinking
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, whether through coursework, side projects, or prior internships
- Building or prototyping anything with LLMs or agents is a plus
