Summary
Averna, now part of the Spherea Group, is a global test and quality solutions company serving industries including aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and telecommunications. The Data Analyst will gather, organize, and interpret data to support business decisions, develop reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. The role also focuses on process improvement, automated workflows, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve ambiguous problems, transforming data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence leadership decisions
- Build data pipelines, reports, best practices, and frameworks that enable analysts and other stakeholders across the organization
- Transform complex data formats into data-driven metrics, intelligent dashboards, and AI-enabled applications
- Modernize manual workflows into scalable, automated, and insight-driven systems, leveraging statistical analysis, cloud data platforms, and AI technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced experience using analytics to solve engineering problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
- Proven experience creating dashboards, reports, and structured datasets to support business and engineering decisions
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and statistical analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with GCP specific analytics tools and data management
- Experience designing data pipelines (ETL) and model data
- Practical experience with AI/ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI‑enabled workflow automation
- Strong experience managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solutions
