About This Job

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.Session 1: May 25 - August 13Session 2: June 14 - September 3The Business Analyst Intern will support multiple business units by assisting with client onboarding, performing administrative and operational tasks, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. This role is ideal for individuals interested in learning how banking operations function across departments and gaining exposure to business strategy in action.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day business operations including updating internal systems, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around business goals and process improvements.
  • Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors
  • Entry level role, but some experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
