You won't just be printing parts; you'll be collaborating directly with Principal Level Engineers and factory teams to move designs from the screen to the shop floor. From mastering multiple slicing softwares to managing lab logistics and championing a Lean, safe workspace, you will be fully immersed in the production lifecycle. To grow your professional presence, you'll participate in our residential public speaking club and cap off your experience by presenting your portfolio of designs and what you have learned to the team.LEAP Internship Program:In this position, you will participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. The LEAP Program will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on impactful projects, engage in career development opportunities, and network with our business leaders and the other students in the program.
