Job description
Summary
BALIN TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an Automation Quality Engineer to enhance their testing processes. The role focuses on executing tests, investigating failures, and improving test automation while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Investigate test failures in CI/CD pipelines
- Provide root cause analysis, propose solutions, and fix
- Proactive communication
- Designing and automating new tests
- Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution
- Regular interaction with teams located in different geographical regions
Skills
- 2+ years of professional work experience as a Software Development
- Experience with programming/test automation in Swift, Python, Java or other Programming Languages
- Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Proactive communication
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Investigate test failures in CI/CD pipelines
- Provide root cause analysis, propose solutions, and fix
- Designing and automating new tests
- Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution
- Regular interaction with teams located in different geographical regions
- Familiar with Apple OS platforms, debugging or profiling tools
- Proven ability to analyse and find root causes in multi-tiered, client-server environments
- Testing server backend services at the API or protocol level
- Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
- Previous experience working with LLM's & Virtual Assistants is a plus
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Qualifications
