BJAK is a leading insurance platform that aims to provide smarter financial solutions. They are seeking full stack engineers to build and enhance their AI Finance Agent, focusing on developing features that span across various financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services
• Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability
• Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch
• Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business

Skills

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
• Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable debugging across the stack
• Clear about what they personally built and what was team-owned
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage
