Full Stack Engineer

Summary

BlockSpaces is a fintech company specializing in Bitcoin integration and infrastructure solutions for institutions. They are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to work on their enterprise-grade lightning application, connecting businesses' accounting software to the Lightning Network.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of dedicated engineers to bridge the gap between the lightning network and traditional businesses
• Build, test, and ship enterprise-grade software for the Lightning Connect Platform
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in Lightning and applying them to our product
• Build and maintain our Nest.js API
• Integrate Lightning payments rails with traditional accounting software
• Build a component library for use in the application

Skills

• Strong experience in Typescript, Nest.js, React, CSS (styled-components)
• Interest in learning the details of our customers' business operations
• The ability to adapt and adjust plans with changing circumstances
• Experience in building Lightning applications or contributing to Lightning open-source software
• Comfortable building interfaces from design files
• Creative ambition to build/design
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
