Job description

Summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company automating the treatment of chronic disease through clinical intelligence, EMR integrations, and care partnerships. The Product Management Intern will help define and ship AI-powered healthcare experiences by conducting product discovery, translating problems into requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams from prototyping through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product discovery by identifying patient, clinician, and care team pain points through research, data, and operational feedback
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics
  • Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams to prototype, launch, and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, building mock prototypes
  • Roll up your sleeves to drive impact wherever needed – from shadowing patient calls and training care teams to prototyping solutions and shipping code

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028
  • Prior internship or equivalent experience working on products, technology, healthcare, or customer problems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
  • A product-first mindset and genuine interest in understanding user needs and driving real-world outcomes quickly
  • Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, paired with sound judgment on leveraging them to drive meaningful outcomes

Qualifications
