Summary
CAI is a global technology services firm. The Program Analyst Intern will gain hands-on experience in program analysis while supporting business growth and operational improvement through research, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to support program development and strategy
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations
- Support program managers in organizing and executing projects
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of organization
Skills
- Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
- Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Passionate about understanding how businesses grow and improve
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week
- Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program
