Job description

Summary

CAI is a global services firm that unites talent and technology to deliver solutions across public and commercial sectors. The Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern will assist with developing technical solutions, proposal documents, and technical narratives for new business opportunities while collaborating with sales and technical teams. This is a full-time remote internship involving research, proposal organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation
  • Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Skills

  • Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives
  • Business-focused mindset with a solid understanding of technical concepts
  • Interest in sales solutions and business development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
