Summary
CareTria is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate to support its financial analysis and reporting needs. The role focuses on quality assurance validations, forecasting, profitability analysis, budgeting, pricing support, and providing financial insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance validations of customer and project-level financials on a monthly basis
- Gather and consolidate financial data related to labor and sales forecasts weekly, and report forecast to senior leadership
- Provide ad-hoc support for the company’s pricing efforts, ensuring programs achieve profitability metrics and validating appropriate cost inputs for pricing purposes
- Collect and consolidate financial data from key stakeholders during financial forecast and budget cycles
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on customer, business unit, and service offering profitability
- Support the month-end close process through variance-to-forecast and trend analysis
Skills
- Equivalent business experience will be considered
- 2+ years of related, practical experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or data analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fundamental knowledge and skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets; technical and analytical skills
- Curiosity, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic; initiative and proactivity
- Effective communication
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field strongly preferred
