Summary

The internship program offers real-world experience in various IT roles, including network operations, quality analysis, and cybersecurity, aimed at jump-starting the careers of students in relevant fields.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience testing crucial store systems (POS, Kiosk, OLO, DMB)
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Monitor IT systems
- Maintain technical documentation
- Assist with software/hardware deployments
- Conduct competitive analyses
- Present findings to leadership
- Participate in team meetings
- Learn about change management
- Perform vulnerability assessments
- Support incident response
- Learn security best practices
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in progress (Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred) is required
- Students pursuing a degree in MIS, Software Development, or Information Technology
- Hands-on experience testing crucial store systems (POS, Kiosk, OLO, DMB)
- Skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in IT network operations, including learning about change management
- Participation in cross-functional projects
- Monitoring IT systems
- Maintaining technical documentation
- Assisting with software/hardware deployments
- Gaining exposure to various systems (Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower, Microsoft Azure, Ekahau)
- Participation in team meetings
- Conducting competitive analyses

- Improving problem-solving and analytical skills
