Summary
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Business/Product Analyst to assist their team. The role involves supporting product discovery efforts, building and testing product concepts, and translating business concepts into clear requirements for design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support product discovery efforts by gathering data, researching user needs, and contributing to planning activities
- Build and test early product concepts using rapid prototyping tools to evaluate ideas before development
- Translate business concepts into clear requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams
- Track product performance after launch and analyze data to measure success and guide improvements
- Prepare reports, insights, and updates for leadership to support decision making
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, technology, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting product, analytics, or research related functions
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with product development processes and working with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams
- Proactive approach with curiosity and interest in learning new tools and methods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Organized and detail focused work style with the ability to support project execution
