Summary
Chenega Analytic Business Solutions provides trusted insights and solutions in records and information management, administrative solutions, information technology, engineering, and training for federal agencies and commercial customers. The Program Analyst II provides operational support and reporting for a Department of Defense prevention workforce training and continuing education program, including task tracking, process improvement, reporting, strategy development, and operational administration.
Responsibilities
- Assists Information Technology personnel with tracking tasks & deliverables
- Assists Information Technology personnel maintain a forward-looking presence and readiness by participating in process improvement
- Designs and produces weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting products
- Assists with developing operational strategy and the recognition of trends
- Use DoD forms, computers, inventory management systems, and databases
- Complete annual Chenega and DoD required training as required
- Record labor hours daily in the company’s timekeeping system as required
- Travel up to 10%
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- * 3+ years of experience in the field management related to education and training or in a related area
- * Must be a U.S. Citizen
- * Background Check required
- * Ability to work with a cross-functional team composed of information technology, human resources and/or training and education specialists, and management professionals
- * Must have extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities utilizing Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs
- * Maintain a high level of integrity
- * Ability to multi-task in a high stress, performance-based environment
- * Ability to meet established deadlines
- * Ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested
- * Ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing
- * Ability to travel up to 10%
- * Bachelor's degree desired (OR)
- * Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities utilizing Microsoft Share Point
