Summary
Chess.com is a global gaming, technology, and content company focused on helping people play, learn, and enjoy chess. The Engineering Intern will join a multidisciplinary team in Product Engineering or AI/ML Engineering to build chess experiences, optimize systems and data pipelines, develop software and machine learning models, and contribute to technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build features and optimize systems, scaling for a global top 100 website
- Contribute to technology, architecture, workflow, and design decisions
- Contribute to the team knowledge-base
- Optimize data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
- Develop, train, and deploy ML models, and integrate them into Chess.com products
- Build AI applications powered by LLMs
