Summary

Chevron is one of the world’s leading energy companies, rethinking energy for the future. They are seeking interns for their Supply & Trading TAMU TRIP Program, where participants will gain hands-on experience in commodity commercial activities and work alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial and/or Trading Analyst for Refined Products, Crude, Renewables and Carbon, Nat Gas and NGLs
  • S&T Operations (Marine, Pipeline, Rail, Truck)
  • Shipping Operations/Demurrage analysis
  • Risk Management/Credit analysis
  • Downstream Value Chain Optimization analysis
  • Value Chain Strategy and Commercial decision analysis

Skills

  • Applicants must be an accepted full-time enrolled participant of the Texas A&M Trading, Risk and Investment program
  • They must possess a strong drive to add value creatively, strong work ethics, interpersonal skills, be results driven, and possess a global mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Strong academic and extracurricular activities
  • Outstanding leadership potential, communication skills, and maturity
  • Passion for the energy industry
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no exceptions)
