  • Help establish and reinforce effective Product Owner practices with stakeholders who may have varying levels of experience working within a traditional product ownership model
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development team members to prioritize and organize the backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, technical needs, and organizational priorities
  • Support the development and maintenance of a product roadmap by facilitating priority-setting, identifying upcoming needs, and contributing to product vision discussions
  • Test completed work to ensure quality and compliance with Acceptance Criteria and coordinate smooth releases with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot bugs and respond to stakeholder inquiries, determining appropriate next steps and escalating when necessary
  • Proactively communicate priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and changes to stakeholders and development team members
  • Coordinate across initiatives when needed to help maintain visibility, alignment, and forward progress on work involving multiple stakeholders or dependencies
