Responsibilities
- Designing electrical systems and lighting for educational, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities
- Working with a multidiscipline engineering team
- Coordinating with clients and outside design team members on drafting standards and file exchanges
Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in the design and drafting of electrical systems and lighting for educational, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD versions 2010 -2019
- Proficiency in 3D design software
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu
- Proficiency in design and drawing package development on multidiscipline projects
- Proficiency in setting up new projects utilizing the AutoCAD sheet set manager, template files, dynamic referencing, and coordinated X-refs
- Proficiency in coordinating with clients and outside design team members on drafting standards and file exchanges
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Graduation from a certified CAD training program or a Technical/Associates degree in engineering or related field
- Autodesk Revit
- Intergraph CADWorx
