Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve product features across backend and full-stack workflows
• Support API development, data ingestion, and secure system integrations
• Contribute to infrastructure, deployment workflows, and platform reliability
• Help implement secure and compliant data flows across application components
• Work with founders and technical leaders to deliver scoped milestones in a structured way
• Participate in documentation, testing, and engineering quality practice

Skills

• Background in software development, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Comfort with backend and full-stack development concepts
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern development workflows
• Interest in secure systems, infrastructure, and healthcare technology
• Clear communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a structured environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver within defined scope
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or containerized services
• Exposure to healthcare data, privacy, or compliance-oriented software
• Familiarity with wearable data integrations or mobile/backend systems
• Interest in AI-enabled product workflows
• Familiarity with FHIR data model and healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience scaling observability and SLO-driven operations
• Exposure to SOC 2/HIPAA/PIPEDA processes and audit readiness
• Experience with media/TTS processing or secure asset delivery
