Summary
Collabera is a leader in IT staffing and offers comprehensive IT services. They are seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to utilize predictive analytics software to analyze the health and performance of equipment in power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries.
Responsibilities
- The Customer Reliability Engineer must leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts
- Quickly learn and understand engineering processes related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries; leveraging the experience of the greater IPRC team when necessary
- Quickly learn and understand rotating and process equipment related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries; leveraging the experience of the greater IPRC team when necessary
- Quickly master cutting edge predictive analytics software and tools
- Deftly manage customer expectations and satisfaction for assigned customer accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, mining, or related industry OR Working knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, and trouble shooting
- Experience analyzing time series data of industrial equipment
- Passionate about software and technology
- Able to excel in a team environment
- Computer programming/scripting skills
- Enthusiastic and has a great attitude
- Hard working and committed to superior quality in their work
Qualifications
Must Haves
