  • Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights, business rules, and human‑in‑the‑loop decision steps.
  • Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors to enable rapid delivery across teams.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to process owners, translating complex business needs into robust intelligent automation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, COE champions, and power users, including reviewing designs and code for quality and best practices.
  • Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including data‑loss‑prevention policies, ALM pipelines, CI/CD, tenant administration, and environment strategy.
  • Ensure solutions meet or exceed security, compliance, responsible AI, and performance standards.
  • Drive proof‑of‑concept efforts and pilot solutions into production‑ready implementations.
  • Contribute to and maintain enterprise documentation, playbooks, architectural standards, and internal training materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners to evaluate tools, influence product roadmaps, and maximize platform value.
