Summary
Courier Health is on a mission to reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported. They are looking for talented individuals to design, build, and scale software systems that support their growing product and customer base, utilizing AI and collaborating across teams to enhance patient engagement in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale software systems to support our rapidly growing product and customer base
- Use AI and LLMs to accelerate your impact and power innovative product features
- Own projects end-to-end by collaborating closely with the Product, Design, and Client Solutions teams, including scoping, design, implementation, and rollout
- Work with fellow engineers to raise the bar on our internal Engineering systems and processes, including testing, deployment, observability, and agentic coding
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
Skills
- B.S. or higher in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with modern programming languages, such as TypeScript, Python, Golang, etc
- Experience developing software for cloud environments
- Product-engineering mindset: able to balance technical quality with velocity and user value
- Inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, React, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, or Terraform
- Experience building software in the health-tech or healthcare space
- Experience at early stage software companies
- Leverages agentic coding tools to accelerate time-to-value
- Built and operated LLM-powered products and systems
Qualifications
Must Haves
