Summary
CRC Group is an insurance services company seeking an Executive Assistant to provide intermediate-level administrative and clerical support within a department or business unit. The role manages records, documentation, calendars, communications, office systems, data entry, event planning, and office supplies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and maintain correspondence, reports, and records in accordance with established procedures
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, resolving routine issues or escalating as appropriate
- Maintain office filing systems, including both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry, document verification, and updating various databases or systems
- Support event planning activities such as logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency
Skills
- English (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills
- Familiarity with database systems and document management tools
- Exposure to scheduling tools and enterprise systems is preferred
