Job description

Summary

Crew helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency efforts. The Data Analyst role involves analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify trends, creating dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation processes
  • Assist in building regression models and performing statistical analysis to support decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
  • Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready reports and presentations
  • Conduct financial and operational data analysis, including reconciliation and performance tracking
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Contribute to database management and optimization efforts
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical workflows

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects included) in data analysis, consulting, or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Programming: Python, SQL (required); exposure to Java, R, or C++/C# is a plus
  • Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel
  • Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Visio
  • Platforms: Exposure to AWS environments and database systems
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and workflow tools like Asana is a plus
  • Experience or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Internship or academic experience in finance, consulting, research, or analytics
  • Exposure to regression modeling, statistical analysis, or econometrics
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders
