Job description
Summary
CRG is seeking a Project Lead in Network Security for a 1-year contract role. The Project Lead will manage a team of Remote Network Server Engineers to ensure the integration of security systems and provide ongoing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of Remote Network Server Engineers
- Support the integration of CCTV/Security software and access management control systems
- Provide technical phone support to onsite Technicians for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, CCTV-security cameras, and access control systems
- Ensure smooth integration of systems into customer sites, providing ongoing support, and ensuring high standards of performance and security
- Verify connectivity of new servers, cameras, and access control installed at client sites by a 3rd party and bring them into production
Skills
- 1-3 years Project Leadership or Project Management working with Network Infrastructures
- Large Network infrastructure management
- Network Security and Access Control Management experience
- Cisco Switches for Command Line Troubleshooting
- ServiceNow or other ticket and task/issue management system
- Windows Server deployment, management, or Remote Imaging experience
- Knowledge of Video Management System /CCTV platform
- Knowledge of IP CCTV Cameras
- Knowledge of Genetec security software
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software problems efficiently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must Haves
