Job description

Summary

CrossCountry Consulting is an advisory firm providing accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transaction solutions. The Salesforce Consultant will support Salesforce business processes, systems, administration, configuration, managed services, troubleshooting, and AI-enabled client solutions for private-sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities
  • Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of client needs
  • Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management
  • Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements per client requirements
  • Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary action to ensure optimal system performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution and escalation when needed
  • Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases
  • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information, recommend leading practices, and present associated technical process components
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

Skills

  • - 1–4 years of professional consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple client tickets simultaneously without sacrificing strict attention to detail
  • - 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (e.g., creating fields, page layouts, workflows, or flows)
  • - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • - A proactive self-starter who can work seamlessly both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • - Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
  • - Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
  • - Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • - Experience in consulting is required
