Summary
CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity that protects organizations with an AI-native platform focused on stopping breaches. The company is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the deployment of Platform Services projects, managing multiple smaller-scale implementations, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and tracking project status, risks, and dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle
- Support queue management for on-hold projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations
- Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects
- Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations
Skills
- ****What You'll Need:****
* 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
* Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations.
* Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
* Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates.
* Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects.
* Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution.
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

* Familiarity with cyber solutions (Splunk, IBM, QRadar, etc.)
* CAPM certification or working toward PMP.
* Experience with project management tools and tracking systems
