The Impact You'll Make

As a SIOP Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics. Your work will help improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory decisions, and support business planning processes that drive operational success.

This is an opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real-world supply chain challenges while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll work with planning systems, operational data, and performance metrics to help shape smarter business decisions.

In this role, you’ll develop valuable experience in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) while building the technical and business foundation for a future career in supply chain planning and operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the demand planning process by maintaining, validating, deploying, and analyzing forecasts within planning tools such as Anaplan.
  • Monitor customer demand trends, open orders, and forecast performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with inventory planning and optimization initiatives, including safety stock reviews, inventory analysis, and data governance activities.
  • Analyze key supply chain and operational performance metrics, helping identify root causes and support corrective actions that improve business outcomes.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools while partnering with cross-functional teams on SIOP initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply chain operations, or manufacturing principles gained through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and build productive working relationships.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
